Grace Fellowship Academy Admissions Process

We’re excited that you’re considering Grace Fellowship Academy for your student! Our admissions process is designed to help us partner with families and ensure each student is supported academically and spiritually.

​

Below are the steps to apply:

​

1. Schedule a Tour

The best way to learn about Grace Fellowship Academy is to visit our campus in person. During your tour, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • See our classrooms and learning environment

  • Meet our staff

  • Ask questions about academics, student life, and enrollment

Tours are available by appointment.

2. Schedule & Complete Student Screening/Testing 

All prospective 2nd grade through 8th grade students must complete an academic screening before submitting an application.

Testing Details:

  • Cost: $30 per student

  • Length: Approximately 2.5–3 hours

  • Assessment Tool: NWEA

  • Subjects Tested: Math and Reading

Parents may drop off their student at the scheduled testing time. During testing, students will be provided with:

  • A water and snack

If the screening is not completed within the allotted timeframe, an additional day will be scheduled to finish.

3. Complete the Online Application

Create an Application Account below to begin the admissions process.

Most forms are completed online. Families may upload any required documents, including:

  • IEP/ISP plans

  • 504 plans

The application fee is due upon submission and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. Submit Recommendations

Recommendations are required as part of the admissions process:

  • A Pastor Recommendation Form is needed for each family.

  • Teacher and/or Principal Recommendation Forms are required for students applying beyond kindergarten.​

​

4. Family Interview 

A family interview with one of our principals is required prior to acceptance into Grace Fellowship Academy. You will be contacted by the school to schedule this interview.

​

5. Admission Decision

Each family will receive an official email communicating the admission decision for their student.

Upon acceptance, families will be directed to complete our online enrollment process. The Enrollment Fee is due upon submission.
