Mrs. Sawyer

7th/8th Grade Homeroom

5th-8th Grade Science & History

Cheryl Sawyer grew up in Yuma Arizona on a small date farm. She graduated from the University of Arizona College of Agriculture in 1994. Soon after, married her husband, Eric Sawyer, and moved to Arlington AZ. Mrs. Sawyer worked for Dow Agriscience for 5 years as a sales representative and then stayed at home with their 3 children; Hadley, Avery, and Lute. All of them attended Grace Fellowship Academy where she has served on the school board, as the president and other positions in the Parent Teacher Fellowship, as a substitute teacher, and anywhere else she was needed. After 13 years as a parent at the school Lute, her youngest child graduated from Grace in the spring. In 2018, she started teaching at the Arizona Agribusiness and Equine Center as an agriscience teacher to primarily freshmen students. Mrs. Sawyer feels blessed to be offered a position here at Grace Fellowship to teach science and history. "I really feel that our Lord directed me to this position."
